Terms of Service.

These terms cover your use of exenova.is-local.host (the "site"), run by Exenova, a creative collective based in the Philippines ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What the site is

The site shows our team, services and past work, and lets you contact us, apply to join, and — for team members — sign in to edit their own page. Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding quote. Any project we take on is covered by a separate written agreement, proposal or invoice, and that agreement wins if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Work shown on the site

Every project, image, video, illustration, design and piece of code on the site belongs to the member who made it, the client it was made for, or Exenova — whoever holds the rights. Showing it here doesn't give you a licence to use it. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, download for reuse, resell, train AI models on, or pass off any of the work as your own without written permission.

Brand names and logos of clients and tools belong to their owners and are shown only to credit or describe the work.

3. Contact forms and applications

When you send a message or an application, make sure what you send is accurate and that you have the right to share any links or work in it. Sending an application doesn't guarantee a reply, an interview or a role. We may decline or ignore messages that are spam, abusive or unrelated.

4. Member accounts

Team members can sign in with an emailed password link or with GitHub, Google or Discord.

• Keep your password and sign-in accounts secure, and tell us at exenovaph@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.
• You're responsible for what you publish on your page. Only post work you made or have permission to show, and nothing unlawful, hateful or misleading.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give Exenova permission to host and display it on the site and in our promotion of the team (for example, social posts that credit you) while you're a member.
• Admins can edit, hide or remove any page or content, and can remove access — for example when someone leaves the team.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area or other people's accounts, and don't use the forms to send spam or malware.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to other services (social networks, client sites, music players). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

7. No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Exenova and its members aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Philippine law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
